Cube43 Fitness & Wellness ("Cube43", "we", "us") collects personal information you provide when you enquire, join, book a class, purchase a trial or drop-in, or book an InBody-570 scan. This may include:

• Your name, email address, phone number and date of birth.
• Payment and billing details (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
• Health and fitness information you choose to share, including pre-exercise screening answers, injuries and InBody-570 scan results.
• Emergency contact details.
• Attendance and booking history.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run our services safely and well: managing your membership and bookings, tailoring coaching to your needs and any injuries, processing payments, contacting you about classes and schedule changes, and meeting our legal and insurance obligations.

Health information (including scan results and screening answers) is used only to deliver safe, appropriate training and wellness services, and is treated as sensitive information under the Australian Privacy Principles.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate — our gym management and booking platform, payment processor, and email/SMS provider.
• Emergency services or medical personnel, if needed in an emergency.

Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems used by our gym management platform. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

With your consent we may send you emails or SMS about timetable changes, events, offers and news. Every message includes an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us.
